Quick guide

How PrimedLifter works.

From building a block to tracking a peak, here's the whole loop, whether you're coaching a roster or running your own training.

Build a program.

Lay out the block in weeks, days, and exercises. Set each lift's target as an RPE, a percentage of training max, or a percentage of estimated 1RM, and every bar weight is calculated for you. Bump a training max and the whole block re-solves, backdown sets included.

  • Weeks, days, and exercises, structured as blocks
  • Targets in RPE, % of training max, or % of e1RM
  • Bar weights and backdowns calculated automatically
  • Cues and notes attached to any lift

Coach and athlete, in sync.

Assign the block to your athletes, or run it yourself. Athletes log actual weight and RPE set by set on their phone. As a coach, leave a note or a video comment and it resurfaces on their next session, with no chasing chat threads.

  • Assign one program across your whole roster
  • Athletes log every set from the dashboard
  • Video feedback resurfaces on the next workout
  • Switch between athletes right in the builder

Monitor progress.

Watch e1RM trends across every lift, review logged RPE against what was prescribed, and shape the next block from real data. When it's meet season, plan attempts and warm-ups, offline-ready for the platform.

  • e1RM history and bodyweight over time
  • Logged RPE vs. prescription, at a glance
  • DOTS & GLP to compare across weight classes
  • Meet-day attempt planner that works offline
